Clowes <br /> The public hearing opened at 7:46 p.m. City Planner Ian Clowes presented a summary. <br /> There were no public comments, and the public hearing was closed at 7:57 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Earp made a motion to accept the recommendation by the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission and approve an Ordinance amending Chapter 106 "Zoning" of the City of La Porte <br /> Code of Ordinances in connection with a comprehensive review and update to Chapter 106, <br /> "Zoning," but with a couple of changed, to remove distribution centers and warehouses to be sent <br /> back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a definition and remove NAICS Code 532490 with <br /> footnote 18 in the Main Street District.
