PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />a. The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2021-3837 amending the City's Future Land Use Map <br />Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 2.1-acre tract of land located at the northwest <br />corner of E. Main St. and S. Utah St, legally describedas Lots 1-27, Block 184, Town of La Porte, by <br />changing the land use designation from "Commercial" to "Mid -High Density Residential"; followed by <br />discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2021-3837 amending the City's Future Land Use Map <br />Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 2.1-acre tract of land located at the <br />northwest corner of E. Main St. and S. Utah St, legally described as Lots 1-27, Block 184, Town of La Porte, <br />by changing the land use designation from "Commercial" to "Mid -High Density Residential". The <br />Mayor closed the public hearing at 6:38 P.m. No motion was made and the item was not considered. <br />b.
