[Lisa Camp, Chief] Councilverson Bentley moved to adopt Ordinance 2021-3836 amending the City's Fiscal Year 2020-21 Budget the motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martin: the motion was adopted. 8-0. Councilperson Bentley moved to authorize the purchase of Stryker Cardiac devices and supplies from quotes #10185486 and #10186620 the motion was seconded by Councilperson Lunsford the motion was adopted. 8-0. 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES a. The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2021-3837 amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 2.1-acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of E. Main St. and S. Utah St, legally describedas Lots 1-27, Block 184, Town of La Porte, by changing the land use designation from "Commercial" to "Mid -High Density Residential"; followed by discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2021-3837 amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 2.1-acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of E. Main St. and S. Utah St, legally described as Lots 1-27, Block 184, Town of La Porte, by changing the land use designation from "Commercial" to "Mid -High Density Residential". [Teresa Evans, Director of Planning and Development] The Mayor opened the Public hearing at 6,28 P.m. Mike Shannahan expressed his opposition to the item. The Mayor closed the public hearing at 6:38 P.m. No motion was made and the item was not considered. b.
