SCUP 23-910000005- La Jet Porte <br />The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments <br />regarding a recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />to adopt Ordinance 2024-3969 amending the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of La Porte, Chapter 106 "Zoning" by granting Special <br />Conditional Use Permit (SCUP) 23-91000005, to allow for the <br />construction and operation of aircraft storage facilities, specifically <br />one tee hangar (approximately 60' x 325') and four box hangars <br />(approximately 70' x 70' each), within the Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) zoning district, on a 1.65acre lease space within the <br />Page 5 of 253 <br />
