Mayor Pro Tem Engelken said the Board met and conducted a public <br />hearing and approved a development grant for a project at 321 West Main, <br />postponed consideration of an incentive grant for murals at 321 West Main, <br />approved the second incentive payment for 508 West Main Street, received <br />staff updates, and set the next meeting for March 25. <br />8. COUNCIL COMMENT <br />Hear announcements concerning matters appearing on the agenda; items of <br />community interest; and/or inquiries of staff regarding specific factual information <br />or existing policy from the Mayor, Councilpersons, and City staff, for which no <br />formal action will be discussed. <br />Councilpersons congratulated and thanked the employees recognized for their <br />years of service and shared the success of the Black History Month event at the <br />Colored School on Saturday. <br />10.
