She was accompanied by her mother, Elaine Marshall, the <br />Presiding Judge for the City of Houston. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />a. Ordinance 2024-4018 for SCUP 2024-0001 -The City Council will hold a public <br />hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2024-4018 amending the Code <br />
