Broadway Street <br />and 2121 S. Broadway Street, and legally described as Tracts 24-25, Block 1446, La <br />Porte, Harris County, Texas, by changing the land use designation from 'Low <br />Density Residential' to 'Commercial'; followed by discussion and possible action to <br />adopt Ordinance 2024-3966 amending the City's Future Land Use Plan Map <br />Component of the Comprehensive Plan for a 0.137-acre property located at 1706 S. <br />Broadway Street and 2121 S.
