Applicable Federal and State laws, rules, and <br />regulations regarding local government operations. <br /> <br />4. Principals of effective public relations and inter- <br />relationships with community groups and agencies, <br />private businesses and firms, and other levels of <br />government. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ability to: <br /> <br />1. Provide effective leadership and coordinate the <br />the activities of a municipal corporation. <br /> <br />2. Analyze, interpret, summarize, and present <br />administrative and technical information and <br />data in an effective manner. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3. Appraise situation and people accurately and <br />quickly adopt an effective course of action. <br /> <br />4. Select, supervise, train and evaluate staff. <br /> <br />5. City Manager <br />2. 8 Yrs Experience in large Municipal organization <br />3. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Political Science <br /> <br />
