~~ <br /> <br />• <br />• <br />MINUTES <br />CIVIL SERVICE <br />COMMISSION MEETING <br />APRIL 22, 1982 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />of Civil Service, and to discuss proposed recommendations for the <br />Police Department. <br />Chairman Trainer explained to Mayor Cline that 1269m states that the <br />Civil Service Commission may make recommendations to the Mayor and <br />City Council concerning the number of Police Personnel and the position <br />classifications they feel would best suit this Citys' Police Department. <br />These recommendations are a part of the yearly City Budget process and <br />are submitted to Council only after careful study and consideration. <br />Mayor and Council shall have final authority on these recommendations. <br />Mayor Cline thanked the Commission for being invited to sit in on the <br />meeting. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:52 P.M. <br />..L~c%.~ <br />Keith Trainer, Chairman <br />Civil Service Commission <br />Respectiv y submitted <br />Mary Davis, Director <br />
