r '' ` ' y • <br />• <br />In the case of examination rental rates which are predicated upon the number <br />of candidates tested, a duly authorized representative of the Agency shall complete <br />and forward a notarized certification as to the number of candidates actually tested <br />with examinations provided by WA and all invoices shall be prepared on the basis <br />of these certifications. <br />V. REQUEST FOR SERVICES <br />No services or materials shall be provided except as specifically requested <br />by an authorized representative of the Agency. <br />Requests for services must be made in writing in accordance with procedures <br />which may from time-to-time be specified by WA. <br />VI. TRANSMITTAL OF TEST MATERIALS <br />Test materials shall be shipped to the Agency in a timely fashion upon receipt <br />of the Agency's request by WA. <br />In the event that the Agency leases WA tests, the Agency shall return all <br />test booklets, scoring keys and other materials to WA within 45 days of their receipt <br />unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing by WA. Materials <br />not returned on time will be subject to a surcharge amounting to 10$ of the original <br />rental fee. <br />In the event that the Agency requests inspection copies of WA tests, the <br />Agency shall return all test booklets and scoring keys within .ten days of receipt. <br />The Agency shall return test materials to WA in a manner specified by WA <br />and shall be responsible for and shall prepay all return shipping costs. <br />VII. SECURITY OF TEST MATERIALS <br />Test materials obtained from WA shall be utilized only for the official and <br />legitimate purposes of the Agency in evaluating candidates for employment and /or <br />promotion. Under no circumstances will materials provided by WA be made <br />available to candidates or other unauthorized persons for the purpose of study, <br />review, duplication, or publication. This prohibition includes circumstances in <br />which a candidate may otherwise be given the opportunity to review a keyed or <br />unkeyed copy of an examination in order to resolve an appeal or complaint. <br />- 2- <br />
