Question 70, appealed by Officers Plemons, Novosad and Gonzalez: After discussing this <br />question and Commissioner Gallington stating that the question is misleading, Commissioner Bird <br />made a motion to allow more than one correct answer, with both A and C being correct. <br />Commissioner Gallington seconded the motion. Discussion/Action Certify the Promotional Eligibility List for Rank of Sergeant. <br /> <br />Director Fogarty read the list to be certified in the order of scoring. Ties had to be broken by <br />years of service. The Commission certified the list, and all three commissioners signed off on it. <br />Chairman Trainer stated they did not need a motion to adopt the certified list. <br /> <br />5. Commission Comments Matters appearing on agenda; Inquiry of staff regarding specific <br />factual information or existing policy. There were no comments by the Commissioners. <br /> <br />6. Adjourn <br /> <br />Commissioner Bird made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commission Gallington seconded the <br />motion.
