<br />The Structure... <br /> <br />1& Note: The U.S. Bureau of the Census will not manage the <br />Complete Count Committee. The Bureau will serve as an <br />informational resource. <br /> <br />1& The operation of the Complete Count Committee flows <br />from the highest elected official to the chairperson, to the <br />sub-committee chairs, to the sub-committee members, to the <br />community -at-large. <br /> <br />1& The highest elected official appoints a chairperson.
