out of these flooded cars in to our eco-system lowering our true

property value even more than the flooding has already done.

The next issue I would like to address would be the square

grated storm drain on Pecan Circle. On the average there is a

drain every 1000ft. this is why it is important for this drain to

work properly, just like the new drain on Linwood.

The Fairmont Parkway ditch needs to be re-grated between

Cottonwood and the pipeline to help alleviate the flooding

concerns for Fairmont Park East. If anyone in Fairmont Park

East has any suggestion or ideas on how to resolve the flooding

concerns, the city would love to hear your ideas. Thank you all

for your time and have a blessed evening.
