<br />48" pipe on Driftwood is unable to catch the excess watershed. In <br /> <br />addition, there are no drains on Driftwood except for at Spencer <br /> <br /> <br />and B 10602/Mesquite. This makes the 24" pipes on our roads that <br /> <br /> <br />lead to the 60" outfall pipe catch all of the excess runoff from <br /> <br /> <br />Driftwood. <br /> <br />Another quote from the Klotz package, "Along with these <br /> <br />requirements, the manual indicates that an overland flow path to <br /> <br />the storm sewer system's outfall must be provided for the 100-year <br /> <br />event." <br /> <br />Understanding Driftwood will not be brought up to code and all <br /> <br />progress for upgrades have been painfully slow, I am requesting <br /> <br />for "Alternative 4" to be chosen. I respectfully come before you <br /> <br />and hope that all will seriously consider "Alternative 4". Thank <br /> <br />you all for your time and have a lovely night. <br />
