Williams said she would be providing video of a backflow condition of a channel from the <br />north side of L Street to the south into Lomax Gardens. <br />d. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the status of current <br />drainage projects. [Ray Mayo, Director of Public Works] <br />Mr. Mayo noted the Bayside Terrace Project was approximately 20% completed and <br />would be complete in about a year, the Brookglen Drainage Improvements project on the <br />south side of the neighborhood is at 60% of design and a presentation can also be made <br />on that in February. Mr. Mayo said the compromise the City had come to on the Carlisle <br />Street was to narrow the entire street by two feet along the east side. <br />e. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to provide administrative staff of the <br />City with direction, if necessary, regarding additional drainage concerns. SET NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting was set for February 12, 2024. <br />6.
