d. Current Drainage Project Update - Presentation, discussion, and possible <br />action regarding the status of current drainage projects. [Ray Mayo, Director <br />of Public Works] <br />Mr. Mayo said almost all the storm pipe has been installed at Bayside Terrace. In <br />the Northside Neighborhood Project, he said the contractor is finalizing street work <br />on Polk, and the phase of the project should be completed. Mr. Mayo said the <br />interlocal agreement has been completed for the F101 project, allowing it to <br />proceed, and clarified the Battleground Estates project will follow it. He also noted <br />Harris County has committed to desilting in the area. <br />e. Additional Drainage Concerns - Presentation, discussion, and possible <br />action to provide administrative staff of the City with direction, if necessary, <br />regarding additional drainage concerns. Ray Mayo, Director of Public Works <br />There were no additional items. <br />4. SET NEXT MEETING - The next meeting is scheduled for February 10. <br />5. COMMITTEE COMMENT <br />Members thanked Mr. Appel for attending the Brookglen HOA meeting last week, <br />noted there would be a Bayside Terrace Civic Club meeting tomorrow night, and <br />thanked staff for their assistance to those residents. <br />
