Essentially, the information on the individual informant <br />is excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, Section 552.101, as information <br />deemed confidential by judicial decision, i.e. the informer's privilege. Furthermore, the City may <br />withhold any portion of the informer's statement that might reveal the informer's identity.
