(2) Stops for meals during the day or night, if the street is well lighted at the point of parking. (3) When, in case of accident or other emergency, the operator must leave to obtain assistance. (b) At no time shall an unattached tank trailer be allowed to park in the city limits of La Porte except: (1) Inside a bulk plant and twenty-five (25) feet from the property line or within a building approved for such use. (2) At other locations approved by the Fire Marshal, but not less than fifty (50) feet from any building, except those approved for the storage or servicing of such vehicles. (3) When, in case of breakdown, or other emergency, the operator must leave the tank trailer to take necessary action to correct the emergency, at which time the Fire Marshal shall be notified. (c) No person shall park a vehicle transporting cryogenic products at any one point for longer than one hour, except: (1) Off of a street, highway, avenue, or alley at an approved location. (~) Inside a bulk plant and twenty-five (25) feet from the property line or within a building approved for such use. (3) At other approved locations not less than fifty (50) feet from any building, except those approved for the storage or servicing of such vehicles.
