La Porte Fire Department — Pension Board <br />Minutes from February 7, 2013 Meeting <br />Meeting held at Fire Administration Facility - Members present at meeting include — <br />Johnny Jones, Patrick Mc Cabe, Tom Dye, Charles Hardy and Gary Crager. Chairman <br />called the meeting to order @ 18:05. <br />The minutes were read from the previous meetings April 26, 2012. A motion to approve <br />the minutes was made by Tom Dye and seconded by Charles Hardy. The motion carried. <br />Reviewed Department Pension Roster. Termination of inactive members. <br />Certification of pension roster. (Membership Reconciliation Report) A motion was <br />made to approve roster by Tom Dye and seconded by Charles Hardy. The motion carried. <br />Review of Pension Contribution Charges. A discussion was held. No Motion made <br />Discussion and Consideration of Benefit Claims. <br />A discussion was held, the claim was reviewed. <br />A motion to approve Mike Boaze's benefit claim was made by Tom Dye and seconded <br />by Johnny Jones. The motion carried. <br />Other Business. <br />A discussion was held to schedule quarterly meetings in Outlook. May 2, August 1 <br />November 7, January 30. A motion was made to approve meetings by Charles Hardy and <br />seconded by Gary Crager.
