The questions associated with this are: <br /> <br />Kathryn <br /> <br />Who actually made this loan repayment and how is that documented? @ <br /> <br />Did the same sum, i.e. $150,000 plus $3182.70 flow back out ofthe City accounts to an <br />outside entity and jf so, where, when, and who received this money? ~o <br /> <br />Why does the RELEASE OF LIEN Document # 20090131184 signed 3/12/09 actually occur <br />a month before the repayment date of 4/9/09 indicated by the wire transfer? ~ <br /> <br />Please explain Exhibit C: This appears to be a closing document for land purchase of block 198 (';) <br />(land between Alamo bldg and Parks and Wildlife) in which the City of La Porte is acting as \J' <br />lender.
