Call to Order <br />Committee Member Martin called the meeting to order at 5-01 p.m. Present was: Committee <br />Member Caryl Leonard. AIsO Present: City Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby <br />Alexander, Treasurer Shelley Wolny and Purchasing Manager Cherell Coaeumer. <br />2_ Consider approval or other action regarding minutes of the March 14, 2016, meeting of the <br />Fiscal Affairs Committee — P. Fogarty <br />Committee Member Leonard moved to approve the minutes of the March 14, 2016, meeting. <br />Committee Member Martin seconded. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 2/0_ Chairman <br />Engelken was absent for this item_ <br />3_ Receive and review Second Quarter (FY2O16) Investment Report — M. E)olby <br />Treasurer Shelley Wolny presented the Second Quarter (FY2016) Investment Report. <br />Chairman Engelkan arrived o t the meeting %t 5:03 p.m_ <br />4_ Receive and review month of (FY2015) and January -February (FY2016) <br />Purchasing Card Expenditures — M. Dolby <br />Purchasing Manager Cherell Claeumer provided the months of December (FY2015) and January - <br />February (FY2016) Purchasing Card Expenditures. <br />Committee Member Leonard questioned the golf course annual membership for the Economic <br />development Coordinator Scott Livingston. City Manager Corby Alexander responded that when <br />Mr_ Livingston was hired, it was the understanding that he could take potential recruiters golfing. <br />Mr. Alexander advised he will be looking at whether to continue the membership. <br />5. Set date for next meeting — M_ nolby <br />The Committee set August 8, 2016, at S:00 p.m_, as the date and time for the next meeting. <br />6.
