Call to Order <br /> Chairman Chuck Engelken called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Also present were: Committee <br /> Member Dottie Kaminski and Jay Martin. Absent: Committee Member John Zemanek. Also present: <br /> City Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby Alexander, City Manager Corby Alexander, <br /> Finance Director Michael Dolby, Treasurer Shelly Wolny and Controller Phyllis Rinehart. <br /> 2. Consider approval or other action regarding minutes of the May 14, 2018, meeting of the Fiscal <br /> Affairs Committee— P. Fogarty <br /> Committee Member Kaminski moved to approve the minutes of the May 14, 2018, meeting. Committee <br /> Member Martin seconded. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 3/0. <br /> 3. Receive and review the Third Quarter (FY2018) Investment Report—S. Wolny <br /> Treasurer Shelley Wolny provided the Third Quarter Investment Report. <br /> 4. Receive and review the City of La Porte Investment Policy— S. Wolny <br /> Treasurer Shelley Wolny provided the City of La Porte Investment Policy and reported no changes <br /> were recommended. <br /> 5. Receive and review months of March, April and May (FY2018) Purchasing Card Expenditures — <br /> C. Daeumer <br /> Finance Director Michael Dolby provided the Purchasing Card Expenditures for the months of March, <br /> April and May (FY2018). <br /> 6. Set date for next meeting —M. Dolby <br /> The Committee set December 10, 2018, at 5:00 p.m., as the date and time for the next meeting <br /> 7. Administrative Reports—C.
