Herrera <br />Rude Wheeler Joel Albrecht <br />Dick Hays Pat O'Mally <br />Lloyd Roper Stan Sherwood <br />Dennis Dunham <br />Jack Humphrey Riviere-Marry Inc. <br />Jay Riviere <br />ITEM 1 Meeting was opened by David Brady, Chairman <br />Fig <br />ITEM A motion was made to approve the minutes from the <br />February 18, 1987 meeting and approved. <br />ITEM 3: A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June <br />• 6, 1987 meeting and approved. <br />ITEM 4: City Staff presented the bids for construction of the <br />Golf Cart Tunnel to the committee. A motion was made to <br />approve the use of a tunnel for the golf and to accept <br />staff's recommendation for construction to submit to <br />City Council for approval. <br />ITEM 5 Administration Report was presented by Robert T. <br />Herrera. <br />o Proposed 1987-88 operations and maintenance budget <br />0 1987-88 Construction Report <br />Summary was that City Council had a very positive <br />attitude and viewpoint towards the proposed budgets. <br />The budget was based on revenues produced from May 1988 <br />through September 1988 operations. Council was very <br />supportive of the Operations and Maintenance budget. A <br />total of $10,000 was transferred from the Hotel-Motel <br />Tax Fund to be used for promotion of the Golf Course. <br />Other anticipated appropriations and personnel were <br />discussed by Mr. Herrera. In addition, Mr. Herrera <br />reviewed the current construction budget and the new <br />additional revenues of $205,000. <br /> <br />
