<br />NOW THEREFORE "SUPPLIER" agrees to:
<br />1. Provide all sold tee markers, rules and regulations board or master layout free of all charges except delivery charge.
<br />2. Place attractive advertising on the above sign(s) and the proceeds from said advertising shall belong exclusively to "SUPPLIER."
<br />3. Sell new or renew advertising every ,.~ (~ months and provide new signs.
<br />"RECIPIENT' agrees to:
<br />1. Give suppliers approval to sell said advertising.
<br />• 2. Supply a list of prospective sponsors; cooperate and be supportive in obtaining suitable sponsors.
<br />3. The above named item(s) remaining the property of "SUPPLIER."
<br />4. Install within 15 days upon receipt of the product we provide.
<br />5. Notify "SUPPLIER" of damage or loss of any products.
<br />6. Supply course layout information to produce artwork for manufacturer.
<br />7. Keep the tee markers free of foreign signs, posters, or hardware that could interfere with the function of the tee markers.
<br />8. This agreement is non-cancelable by "RECIPIENT" during its term and any extensan thereof. Should "RECIPIENT" wish to
<br />cancel at the expiration of the original term or any renewed term, "RECIPIENT" must send written notice of cancellation to
<br />SPORTS ASSOCIATES at Flat Iron Bldg., Suite 612, 20 Battery Park Ave., Asheville NC 28801, at least ninety (90) days
<br />before the expiration of the then current term of this contract or any extension thereof. This contract, unless cancelled, as
<br />provided shall automatically be renewed for successive three-year terms underthe same terms and conditions. The term
<br />of this agreement shall be deemed to have commenced as of the date first set forth above, or the date of the first delivery of
<br />SPORTS ASSOCIATES SCORE CARDS, whichever is the later date.
