Land <br />acquisition is included in the project and the major components <br />are a 7,020 square foot building and 16,000 square feet of paved <br />parking area. We estimate the creation of 20 new jobs in the <br />City of La Porte by the end of 1984. This will bring Contech's <br />total employment to 50 with an annual payroll of $1.8 million. <br /> <br />r <br />
