Amount of financing applied for: $500, 000.00 <br />b. Total cost of Project: $600, 000.00 <br />c. Brief narrative description of the Project including whether <br />land acquisition is included and the major components of the <br />Project, the estimated number and type of new jobs to be <br />created in City of La Porte, -Texas by the Project and the <br />annual payroll of employees working at the Project. <br />We intend to purchase the existing property (50;000 <br />sq. ft.) including a 6500 sq. ft. metal building. <br />In addition, we intend to add a 7500 sq. ft. metal <br />building for shop and an 1800 sq. ft. office building. <br />Also, we intend to install a complete valve recondi- <br />tioning shop including lathes, compressors, test equip- <br />ment, cleaning equipment, paintina~ equipment, steam <br />boiler, drill press, etc.. <br />Our first year payroll is estimated to be two hundred <br />thousand dollars ($200,000.00).
