Item 2, consider approving minutes of the February 13, 1984, <br />meeting, was taken up. <br />Motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of-the <br />February 13, 1984, meeting as presented. The motion carried, <br />5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Springall, Felscher, Longley, Lawler and White <br />Nays: None <br />3. Item 3, reconsider payment of Federal Express bill to the <br />~ City of La Porte, was taken up. <br />L <br />Motion was made and seconded to reimburse the City of La Porte <br />$36.50 and back-charge Reynolds, Allen & Cook for that amount. <br />The motion carried, 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Springall, Felscher, Longley, Lawler and White <br />Nays: None <br />Buddy Felscher introduced himself to the Board and gave them <br />a brief summary of his background. <br />6.
