Geographically determine where facilities can be built <br /> <br />- treatment plant <br /> <br />- pipelines <br /> <br />- reservoirs <br /> <br />Within the scope we must ask for a detailed study of what <br />will happen if we continue to use & pump groundwater, and <br />how compatible will a new system be with our exsisting <br />facilities. <br />
