The Authority considered the reorganization of the Board. <br /> <br />The Authori ty considered electing Al Fields as <br />Vice-President of the La Porte Area Water Authority. Motion <br />was made by Rick Matthews to .9.QQLove the appointment of Al <br />Fiel~.9.s Vice-President of the La Porte Area Water <br />AuthQr:.it.y. Second by Cary Burnley. Second by Al Fields. The motion carried, <br />all ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />4. The Authority discussed the status of the second phase of the <br />Water Feasibility Study. It was decided that no action would <br />be taken at this meeting, but that action on this subject <br />would be considered at the next meeting of the Authority. <br />
