The meeting was called to order by President Jerry Bramlett <br />at 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />MEMBERS OF THE BOARD PRESENT: President Jerry Bramlett~ <br />Vice President Al Fields~ Secretary Rick Matthews~ Member <br />Cary Burnley. <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: City ~anager Jack Owen, Neil Bishop and <br />Bob Reach of TC&B. <br /> <br />2. Rick Matthews made a motion to accept the minutes of the <br />November 20~ 1985 meeting as presented. Second by Cary <br />Burnley, passed unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Cary Burnley made a motion that due to the absence of the <br />buthority Attorney, the meeting be adjourned until Thursday, <br />December 5, 19~5, at 6:3u in the first floor conference <br />room of the Public Works Service Center~ to discuss the <br />proposed contract. Motion was seconded and passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />4.
