Agenda item #5 was moved at the General Manager's request. <br />Steve Gillett reported that the earliest completion and <br />start-up date of the SEWPP is the end of April. This <br />information is from the February meeting of the SEWPP <br />Operating Committee, and would be updated later this montYi. <br />If the project continues to be delayed, the LPAWA may have <br />to cease work on the transmission project and pay the <br />contractor 1/2 of retai.nage. Work would resume upon <br />completion and startup of the SEWPP. Dale Conger of Espey, <br />fiuston stated the installation of the pipeline is complete. <br />Controls system ar-d electricity is being installed. Some <br />cleanup is still required. <br />7. President ,7erry Bramlett had no report at this time. <br />8. There being no further business, Secretary Claude Graves <br />made motion to adjourn, seconded by Mike Wadsworth.
