Member Bentley moved to award a community fence grant not to exceed $36,700.00 to <br />the Retreat at Bay Forest North HOA the motion was seconded by Member Miller, the <br />motion was adopted, 5-0. <br />Chair McCaulley resumed the chair. Member Engelken moved to award a community <br />fence grant not to exceed $16,400.00 to Anthony Langston and Suzanne Skie-Azizi for <br />the benefit of Oyster Bay Subdivision; the motion was seconded by Member Bentley; the <br />motion was adopted, 6-0. <br />c. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to amend the Community Fence <br />Project Policy to remove the application period from the policy.
