Main Street building in the Main Street District. The major <br />components of this contract are (1) review current Main Street revitalization plan, and determine the <br />expectations of the food and beverage concept(s) to be provided within the 912 W. Main St. building, (2) review <br />all available information provided, (3) tour market area, assess available spaces, and observe existing restaurant <br />operations, (4) determine customer profile and appropriate restaurant concepts to recommend for consideration <br />(5) provide a written economic model including an estimated opening budget, and annual income projections, <br />(6) prepare written recommended structure(s) for landlord-tenant relationship, and (7) assist client with selection <br />of restaurant tenant-operator and represent Client's best interests during the deal structuring phase. <br /> <br />The total cost of the contract is $9,600. <br /> <br />This Consultant will provide the services outlined at the following rate schedule: <br /> <br />50% = $ 4,800.00 due upon execution of agreement <br />50% = $ 4,800.00 due upon completion of project.* <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Action Required by LPEDC: <br /> <br />Consider approval of professional services agreement between the La Porte Development Corporation and A'La <br />Carte Foodservice Consulting Group and authorize funding of $9,600. <br /> <br /> <br />r{~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Date <br />
