<br />Main Street activities - New and replaced sidewalks have been placed in certain sections along Main Street, <br />trees have been trimmed, flowers placed in planters for business owners that agreed to care for the flowers, <br />replaced city logo on most of the trash bins and seasonal banners have been ordered for display. Mr. <br />Bottoms also reported he has received interests for the fa<;:ade grants from some of the property owners and <br />applications were sent to the interested owners. <br /> <br />9. Executive Session - pursuant to provision of the Open Meetings Law. Chapter 551 Texas Government Code, <br />Sections 551-071 through 551.076, 551.087 (consultation with attorney, deliberation regarding real property, <br />deliberation regarding prospective gift or donation, personnel matters, deliberation regarding security <br />devices, or excluding a witness during examination of another witness in an investigation, deliberation <br />regarding Economic Development Negotiations). <br /> <br />There was no Executive Session. <br /> <br />10.
