<br />Mr. Bottoms and Stacey Osborne provided the board with the following updates: <br /> <br />Economic Development Sales Tax Training Seminar - Stacey informed the board she attended this seminar <br />and found it to be very beneficial. <br /> <br />Sylvan Beach Shoreline Project - Provided an update on the project and showed photos. The project will be <br />completed on January 13, 2010. After the final punch list is completed the beach will be open to the public. <br /> <br />912 Main - No changes on this project. <br /> <br />Town Plaza - Plaza grand opening is scheduled for February 4, 2010 from 4-7 p.m. The metal building in <br />the area is scheduled for demotion on January 25, 2010. <br /> <br />5. Executive Session - pursuant to provision of the Open Meetings Law. Chapter 551 Texas Government Code, <br />Sections 551-071 through 551.076, 551.087 (consultation with attorney, deliberation regarding real property, <br />deliberation regarding prospective gift or donation, personnel matters, deliberation regarding security <br />devices, or excluding a witness during examination of another witness in an investigation, deliberation <br />regarding Economic Development Negotiations). <br /> <br />There was no Executive Session. <br /> <br />6. Board Member Comments <br /> <br />A. Matter appearing on agenda <br /> <br />B. Inquiry of staff requiring a statement of specific factual information or a recitation of existing policy. <br /> <br />There were not any board comments. <br /> <br />7.
