<br />o Main Street Activities <br /> <br />Stacey Osborne provided the board with the following updates: <br /> <br />Town Plaza Grand Opening - Date has not been set yet. <br /> <br />Economic Incentives - Ms. Osborne reported she is working on an economic incentive program. This item <br />should go to City Council for approval on March 22, 2010. <br /> <br />In addition, 380 agreement discussion are forthcoming. <br /> <br />Sylvan Beach Shoreline Project - beach now open and being featured and marketed in ads, campaigns and <br />brochures. <br /> <br />912 West Main/Gateway - awaiting proposals for a restaurant at this location. <br /> <br />Main Street Activities - had a morning brew in February and attendance was low. Ms. Osborne is trying to <br />encourage Main Street owners to form an association to focus on Main Street activities. <br /> <br />Face Book and Twitter accounts have now been set up for La Porte by the Bay. Citizens are using the sites <br />and posting comments. <br /> <br />6. Executive Session - pursuant to provision of the Open Meetings Law. Chapter 551 Texas Government Code, <br />Sections 551-071 through 551.076, 551.087 (consultation with attorney, deliberation regarding real property, <br />deliberation regarding prospective gift or donation, personnel matters, deliberation regarding security <br />devices, or excluding a witness during examination of another witness in an investigation, deliberation <br />regarding Economic Development Negotiations). <br /> <br />There was no Executive Session. <br /> <br />7.
