<br />4. President Warren closed Workshop Meeting and reconvened the Special Called Regular Meeting at 5:20 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />5. Consider approval or other action of the proposed Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Budget for the La Porte <br />Development Corporation Board. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Board Member Pizzitola to approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Budget for <br />the La Porte Development Corporation Board and directed staff to include $175,000 for street paving and <br />$180,000 to fund the bulkhead at the Golf Course. Motion was seconded by Board Member Clausen. The <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: Woodard, Clausen, Warren, Pizzitola and Engelken <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />6. Executive Session - pursuant to provision of the Open Meetings Law.
