Call to Order <br />President Warren called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. The following members of the La Porte <br />Development Corporation Board were present: Board members Engelken, Clausen, Woodard, <br />Ojeda, and Cooksley. Members of the La Porte Development Corporation Board absent: Board <br />member Zemanek. <br />Staff Present: Corby Alexander, Traci Leach, Patrice Fogarty, Michael Dolby and Assistant City <br />Attorney Clark Askins. <br />2. Consider approval of Minutes of the La Porte Development Corporation Board held on <br />November 12, 2012 — P. Fogarty <br />Board member Clausen moved to approve the minutes as presented. Board member Cooksley <br />seconded. MOTION PASSED. <br />Ayes: President Warren, Board members Engelken, Clausen, <br />Woodard, Ojeda and Cooksley <br />Nays: None <br />Absent: Board member Zemanek <br />3. Consider approval or other action appointing a President and Vice -President as authorized by the <br />Bylaws of the City of La Porte Development Corporation — T. Leach <br />Assistant City Manager Traci Leach presented a summary asking the Board to appoint a President <br />and Vice -President as authorized by the Bylaws of the City of La Porte Development Corporation <br />for the remainder of the year. <br />Board member Woodard moved to reappoint Richard Warren as President and Mike Cooksley as <br />Vice -President of the La Porte Development Corporation Board through October 1, 2013. Board <br />member Engelken seconded.
