Livingston <br /> Economic Development Coordinator Scott Livingston presented a summary and introduced Manager <br /> of Economic Development at CenterPoint Energy John Cook to provide a PowerPoint presentation <br /> regarding Certification as an Accredited Economic Development Organization (AEDO). <br /> President Warren asked if the International Economic Development Councils' have regional meetings <br /> with the Accredited Economic Development Organizations to discuss ideas. Mr. Cook responded no. <br /> Board member Martin asked;if the accreditation process will be beneficial of the Board becoming <br /> knowledgeable of guidelines for funding different types of projects for businesses.
