CITIZEN COMMENT (Generally limited to five minutes per person; in accordance with state law, the <br />time may be reduced if there is a high number of speakers or other considerations.) <br />There were no comments. <br />3. CONSENT AGENDA <br />a. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of the La Porte Development Corporation held <br />on April 25, 2022. [President Warren] <br />Member Engelken moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of the La Porte <br />Development Corporation Board of Directors held on April 25, 2022: the motion was seconded by <br />Members Earp and Blakemore: the motion was adopted, 6-0. <br />b. Approve opening a 60-day public comment period in connection with possible incentive <br />project, not to exceed $30,000, for site improvements at 508 W. Main Street. [Matt Daeumer, <br />Assistant City Manager] <br />Member Earp moved to approve a 60-day public comment period in connection with possible <br />incentive project, not to exceed $30.000. for site improvements at 508 W. Main Street: the motion <br />was seconded by Member McCaullev: the motion was adopted. 6-0. <br />4. STAFF REPORTS <br />a. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the Economic Development <br />Coordinator position.
