A~inutea of the meeting of August 12. 1959 were read by the Assistant Searetary• A motion was made by Fred Ruff. and seconded by George Norris that the minutes be approved ea read.. The urotion carried unanimously. Comc~iasioner Boylo petitioned the Commission to change Iats~~30. 31. 34 ~ on the corner of Second and A Street from C]ssa C Rea idential District to B Commercial. tThe3tmtan Roberson advised Commissioner Boyle that the Commission ~+ould take the matter under advisement and render a decision on his request at the meeting set for October 1L~• 1'959.. He appointed George Norris and Fred Ruff to make a survey of the property ft+am the.: ~O..Block of Third Street Treat to South Broadway for the purpose of designating it B Commercial District.
