Bryan Moore, <br />Elsie Moore, George Norris, Walter Roberson, and Fred~Ruff: Also <br />present were: Mrs. Cliff Trainer, and N~rg~.gliver Mouton: <br />The first topic for discussion ~3ras a request by Mrs. Cliff Trainer <br />and Mrs;., Oliver Mouton for a permit to operate the Tinkerbell Private <br />School at' S1~+ South 3d St. There was a short discussion pertaining <br />to the requirments as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance: In line <br />with these requirments; It was moved by Lois C'ompton~and seconded by <br />George Norris that'--- We recommend to the City Commission that Mrs. <br />Trainer and Mrs. i~jouton be permitted to operate a Day Nursery and <br />Private School according to State regulations, at 514 South 3 d;. <br />Motion Passed:~ <br />A motion was made by Fred Ruff, seconded by George Norris that- <br />VTe approve ~~e a moving permit for Jack Lawler ,to move the Dairy Mart <br />building from block 180 to block 28 Nebraska Syndicate on lot where <br />old Drive-In burned, according to plot plan submitted; <br />Motion passed. <br />• Ewell Brigham requested the names of the committee members <br />appointed at the last meeting: These were:° Committee to draft letter <br />to be sent to property owners; Ewell Brigham (Chairman), Eugenie Miller, <br />and Jerry Viniegra:. Committee to recommend revisions to Building <br />Permit applications; Fred Ruff (Chairman}; Sryan Moore, and George <br />Norris.
