A. McClendon, Eugenie miller, Elsie Moore, George Norris, Tr~alter Roberson, Jerry Viniegra,and the North Side Advisory Committee, Dallas Aker, Rudell Phillips, Earl Candler, and :T: Taylor: City representatives were present as follow; Mayor H.P. eiffer, City commissioners, W.A. Stabs, Odell Brown Tom Osburn and Dennis Dunham: City Secretary Frank Baker, City Attorny C.L.~Pitman, City Inspector Mr. Bing. Also present was P~Ir. Dicus: IUia or ei~'i'er y j scussed the complete handling of permits. He grants to come to and agreement as to the proceEdures involved so that all people can be advised from a common base. Mayor Pfeiffer$ stated that the City C~or~mission is in accord with the Zoning Ordinance. He furthur stated that the Commission intended to enforce the Ordinance or it should '6e destroyed: The Ordinance must be fair, we must have an understanding between t~.,,x°. King, Zoning Commission, and City Commission: The City ~Tants to make the procedure to be followed on building permits a part of their procedure book: Ap_~lications for building in the Fire Zone go to the Fire Commissioner: • After the ap~~lication has been approved or disapproved , Nx. King w~~~ the building Inspector will get a copy sothat he can follow through: The building Inspector will also get copies of all buildin~err~it applications. If the application for a perr:.it is riot approved any request for an appeal should be handled promptly: Jerry Viniegra made a motion to adjourn. The motion s•ras seconded by Eugenie r~:iller. .
