Also present were <br />Zoning Commission members Mrs. Eugenie Miller, VYalter Roberson <br />George Tdorris, and anew member V. M. Calhoun. Pdotion carried unanimously. <br />~• 1 <br />:~~After holding a discussion on construction of garage apartments <br />-for rental purposes in Single Family gelling District, a motion <br />4g <br />-.was made by Eugenie Miller anal seconded by falter Roberson on the <br />~~fQllowing: Garage apartments shall be permitted in all class if ~ cat ions <br />~of Single Family Duvelling District providing they areof complimentary <br />~~material and construction to the building proper, with all materials <br />used sub3ect to approval by the Zoning Commission and provided, however <br /> <br />,. ~that~ no garage apartments shall b® constructed of corrugated iron <br />- or ~~.t~:n and roofs are of conforming material and color as the building <br />:proper.
