Dan Kennedy, City <br />Inspector, was present. <br />The first topic of business discussed Jas the request by <br />1~:r~lE~ie Seaux of Elie Seaux and Associates to rezone Block 90 <br />of Bayfront Addition from "C~"'~Resider_tial to Commercial. Imo. <br />Elie Seaua and Associates would like to build an eight unit <br />apartment project on this p~•operty. Pfr. Elie Seaux has cent the <br />plans for the apartments to the Zoning Commission. <br />The Secretary (Ewe7_'~ A. Erigh~m) read the requirments for <br />"E" Apartment Buildings, Duplexes and/or any Other Multiple <br />Dt+~elling District, Article 620-11. <br />N-ss. E.
