Smith, seconded by Charles Christensen <br />to grant the request noting the hardship case involved. <br />The vote was unanimous in favor of the variance. <br />+ + + <br />3. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF FAIRMONT PARK <br />SECTION 2, REPEAT OF BLOCK 21 - Carlos Smith was present to <br />answer questions. Motion by Charles Christensen, seconded by <br />Kerry R. Beverly to approve the final plat. Vote was <br />unanimous in favor of approving the final plat. <br />+ + + <br />4.
