H. Smith, <br />Wm. R. Shedelbower, Charles Christensen, and Kerry R. Beverly. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: None. <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Parson and Carlos Smith. <br />PRESIDING: Chairman Walter Roberson. <br /> <br />r~ <br /> <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman <br />Roberson at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER HOUSE MOVING APPLICATION FOR JIM PARSON - Mr. Parson <br />was present to explain his intentions and answer questions for <br />the Commission members. Discussion centered on how far off <br />the property lines the building would set. Objections were <br />raised that the house being moved should be set back 25 feet <br />off the front property line to comply with the city code. <br />J. H. Smith made the motion to approve Mr. Parson's request <br />to move the house with the stipulation that all city code <br />requirements are met when the house is relocated. Mr. <br />Christensen seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in <br />favor of the motion. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />U <br />
