<br />' '• Petitioners are the owners of certain lots in Bayside
<br />~ ~~
<br />.Terrace Subdivision; and also in Bayside Terrace Replat, being
<br />more. particularly described as follows, to=wit: ,
<br />• ~ Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eleven (11) of
<br />• Bayside Terrace, a subdivision of a part of the
<br />William P._'Harris Survey, in Harris County, Texas,
<br />according to the map thereof recorded iri Volume 8,
<br />Page 55, of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas;
<br />. and
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Three (3) of BAYSIDE TERRACE
<br />REPEAT, a subdivision in the W. P. Harris Survey,
<br />Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
<br />thereof of record in Volume 86 at Page 18 of the
<br />Map Records of Harris County, Texas. •

<br />Petitioners pray. this Honorable Planning & Zoning Com-
<br />mission to enter its Order, pursuant to Article 974a, Section
<br />5, Vernon's Annotated Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, vacating,
<br />cancelling, and annulling that portion of the subdivision of
<br />Bayside Addition as hereinafter described, to-wit: .
<br />• That portion of Layne Avenue, located~South of the
<br />South right-of-way line of Bayside•Drive, and
<br />located East of and adjoining the East line of Lot
<br />One (1), Block Three (3), Bayside Terrace Replat, -
<br />a subdivision in the W: P. Harris Survey, Abstract
<br />No. 30, according to the map or plat thereof recorded
<br />in Volume 86, Page~18, of the Map Records of Harris
<br />Coun'ty,~ Texas, being a tract -of land 40' x 100'•, •
<br />.more ;or less,; ~ '
<br />rescinding the dedication of, and abandoning and discontinuing
<br />• said portion of the street dedication of Layne Avenue, as shown
<br />on that portion of. the .plats of the above described subdivisions,
<br />as described above, ~as being located in and upon the land included
