APPROVAL OF MINUTES - J. C. Hebert made the motion to approve <br />minutes of last meeting seconded by Eugene Ybarra. Motion passed. <br />+ + + <br />3. CONSIDER APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF OUTLOT 3, NEBRASKA <br />SYNDICATE - Carlos Smith and Brian r4oore talked to Commission <br />members about the preliminary plat of Outlot 3, Nebraska <br />Syndicate, located between 13th and 14th Street. <br />R. Shedelbower made the motion to ask the developer to resubmit <br />a preliminary plat and try to come up with an alternative to the <br />proposed lot size, seconded by J. C.
