C. Hebert, Eugene Ybarra, <br />Joseph J. Ligi, and Wm: R. Shedelbower. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None. <br />OTHERS PRESENT: MR. LEE HORACEFIELD, BUSCH, HUTCHISON & ASSOCIATES; <br />Eddie~Gray, Carlos Smith; Brian Moore, Moore & Moore, Associates; <br />J. H. Smith, Edward~P. Wolf, Tom Lewis, Stan Sherwood. <br />PRESIDING: Charles Christensen, Chairman: <br />+ + + <br />1. CALL TO ORDER - Meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. <br />+ + + <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - J. C. Hebert made the motion to approve <br />minutes of last meeting seconded by Eugene Ybarra. Motion passed. <br />+ + + <br />3. CONSIDER APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF OUTLOT 3, NEBRASKA <br />SYNDICATE - Carlos Smith and Brian r4oore talked to Commission <br />members about the preliminary plat of Outlot 3, Nebraska <br />Syndicate, located between 13th and 14th Street. <br />R. Shedelbower made the motion to ask the developer to resubmit <br />a preliminary plat and try to come up with an alternative to the <br />proposed lot size, seconded by J. C. Hebert, motion passed. <br />+ .+ + <br />
