Motion was made to approve the ~smendment as sub- <br />mitted seconded and passed,. <br />3, Discussed request of St. Mary's Church for a variance to <br />allow a portable building to be used to operate a non- <br />profit clothing and furniture store at 816 Park Avenue. <br />• Commision requested the opinion of the city attorney for <br />need of granting a variance, Issue tabled until next meeting. <br />4, Discussed request to rezone block 831 from residential-2 <br />to connercial classification, Motion was made to grant <br />classification change seconded and passed, lsotice of <br />public hearing for city commission approval, <br />5, Discussed request of Gus Brieden for a variance for a court <br />yard for 239 Crescent View, Motion to table this issue with <br />request of city attorney as to definition of court yard <br />seconded and passed, <br />6, Adjournment, <br />• <br />
