<br />WIiEREAS, by an order of the Probate Court No. One of
<br />~~ Harris County, Texas, made on the 11th day of July, 1977,
<br />in Cause No. 110,943, styled Estate of Morris Bernard,
<br />Deceased, directing the sale of the land hereinafter mentioned,
<br />belonging to the said estate of Morris Bernard, Deceased,
<br />said cause then pending in said Court and thereafter duly
<br />transferred to the Probate Court No. 3 of Harris County, Texas;
<br />and, whereas, said order of sale was made pursuant to an
<br />application for an order to sell land belonging to said estate
<br />made to said Court on the day of June, 1977, and there-
<br />after said sale having been ordered.by the Court, Ella M.
<br />Bernard, Administratrix of the Estate of Morris Bernard,
<br />Deceased, did on the 2nd day of May, 1978, sell at private
<br />sale the said land hereinafter described to McKey Construction
<br />& Equipment,~Inc~:;~of Harris County, Texas, for the sum of
<br />$20,000.00 in cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />in accordance with said order of sale; and whereas, the
<br />report of said sale having been filed with said Court and made
<br />to the Court on the 19th day of •May, 1978, and such sale was
<br />thereafter duly and timely in all respects confirmed by the
<br />decree of said Court dated the 28th day of June, 1978, and
<br />whereas, such purchaser has complied with the terms of sale;
<br />NOW, TFIEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
<br />said sum of $20,000.00 to me in hand paid by said McKey
<br />Construction & Equipment, Inc., I, administratrix of the
<br />Estate of Morris Bernard, Deceased, have GRANTED, SOLD and )

<br />CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY t
<br />unto the said McKey Construction & Equipment, Inc., the
<br />following described property belonging to said estate and •
<br />situated in the County of Iiarris and State of Texas, to-wit:
